Richard Lloyd began his musical career with the band Television, whose first album Marquee Moon is still considered one of the greatest classic rock albums ever, and still regularly shows up in top-albums-of-all-time lists. He went on to play on nine Matthew Sweet records and has released eight solo records including the critically acclaimed Field of Fire. He is also an author of a memoir called Everything Is Combustible, which was published on October 24, 2017.
